DELIVERY (UK and Isle of Man):

Prints, cards and gifts and sent via Royal Mail First Class and your package should arrive within 2-3 working days of ordering.

Cards, gifts and log slices have FREE delivery.

Prints cost £2.50 delivery.

Originals and Commissions are sent by Special Delivery and costs £4.50

DELIVERY (Europe):

​

For Europe items are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and charges are £3 for Cards, Gifts and Log Slices, £6 for Prints and £15 for originals and Commissions.

Please get in touch if you wish to purchase but it says 'not available for delivery' at checkout and I can work something out for you.

RETURNS:

Every order and commission is handled with extreme care. My aim is for you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any queries or concerns please get in touch and please take the time to read descriptions carefully.

If an item is damaged please send proof such as a photo for a full refund. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase please get in touch, return the item and I will issue a full refund.

With personalised artwork/commissions I have a strict no return policy, this is because your item cannot be restocked and resold. However if for whatever reason you are unhappy with the scanned preview I have sent please e-mail back with the changes you’d like to be made I will be happy to make them before you receive the painting.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Christina Quine retains all rights to all artwork, even sold & commissioned original paintings.

2. Christina Quine retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original piece).

3. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without prior permission from the artist.

4. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission.

My business 'Christina Quine Artist' is based in the UK.  Your privacy is important and to summarise - any information you provide to me is held in strict confidence unless you give me permission to share it. I will not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another form of direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
